How We Help You Move Better

Evidence-based, hands-on treatment from Doctors of Physical Therapy. Every technique we use is tailored to your body, your condition, your goals.

Strengthening

REHABILITATION

Whether you’re rebuilding strength after an injury, recovering from surgery, or working to prevent future injury, targeted strengthening is the foundation of lasting results. We incorporate neuromuscular re-education and design strengthening programs that isolate specific muscles and/or muscle groups based on findings from your initial evaluation.

As Doctors of Physical Therapy, we bring expertise in exercise progression, load management, and functional movement to every session.

Mobility

MOVEMENT RESTORATION

Stiff joints and tight muscles limit how you move, how you perform, and how you feel. Our mobility work addresses the root cause of restrictions — not just the symptoms — using a combination of joint mobilization, range of motion techniques, and targeted exercise to restore the movement your body needs.

The goal isn't just more flexibility. It's a better quality of movement that carries over to your sport, your workout, and your everyday life.

Orthopedic Aftercare

POST-SURGICAL

Recovering from surgery requires a structured, progressive approach — and our one-on-one model is built for exactly that. You get uninterrupted hands-on treatment and careful progression through every phase of recovery.

We work with patients following ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, joint replacements, spinal procedures, and more. Our goal is always the same: get you back to doing what you love, stronger and more confident than before.

Manual Therapy

HANDS-ON TREATMENT

At Elevate Performance Physical Therapy, we believe a hands-on approach to injury recovery is critical for the best possible outcomes. We use manual techniques to improve mobility in restricted joints, scars, soft tissue, and skeletal muscle — facilitating movement and decreasing pain.

Many people experience immediate relief from their symptoms with skilled manual therapy. It can help speed the healing process by improving blood flow, joint mobility, range of motion, and overall quality of movement.

IASTM

SOFT TISSUE TECHNIQUE

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization uses specially designed tools to detect and break down scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and adhesions that limit movement and cause pain. This technique is especially effective for chronic conditions that haven't responded to other treatments.

IASTM promotes tissue remodeling and healing by increasing blood flow to the affected area. It's often used alongside manual therapy and exercise for a comprehensive approach.

Dry Needling

PAIN RELIEF

Dry needling has two major purposes. The first targets myofascial trigger points — those stubborn knots of tension that refer pain, limit range of motion, and interfere with performance. Using thin, sterile needles, we release deep muscle tension that manual therapy alone can't always reach.

The second is to improve muscle activation. Dry needling acts as a stimulus to awaken muscles that have become dormant over time, likely a contributor to your pain or dysfunction. Dry needling is often combined with manual therapy, electric stimulation, and exercise to improve outcomes.

Cupping

RECOVERY TECHNIQUE

Cupping therapy uses suction to lift and decompress soft tissue and fascial layers. This increases blood flow to tight or injured areas, promoting faster recovery. It's an effective complement to manual therapy and exercise — especially for muscle soreness, tension, and restricted movement.

Whether you're recovering from a tough workout or dealing with chronic tightness, cupping can help relieve discomfort and improve tissue mobility so you can move and perform better.

Vestibular Therapy

SPECIALTY TREATMENT

Vertigo, dizziness, and balance problems can be debilitating — but they're treatable. Our vestibular rehabilitation program uses evidence-based exercises and techniques to retrain your brain and inner ear, helping you feel steady, confident, and in control again.

Whether your symptoms are caused by BPPV, vestibular neuritis, concussion, or another condition, we'll work with you one-on-one to identify the cause and build a targeted treatment plan.
